PR HEAD

The role of the Public Relations Head is mainly to interact with all the students of the college and to build and enthusiastic atmosphere for all events conducted by the Students Council. The Council conducts numerous events every semester and it would all be a complete waste if there isn’t adequate participation from our college students. Furthermore, the PR Head can create any new pages or groups to increase publicity for events. New social media platforms like Instagram and Snapchat can be used to increase publicity for events. Every student must be aware of all the events that are taking place in college and for this reason the PR Head needs to publicize about all college events in each class. This job can be done during the break time and these announcements must be done in all classes from FE to BE. Furthermore, the PR Head creates a Whatsapp group that comprise of Class Representatives of each of the 16 classes. All announcements and issues are addressed there. The PR Head must be approachable and must be open to hearing problems faced by students. These matters can then be further passed on to our college authorities and dignitaries.
