TECHNOMANIA

Event Details: Technomania is a national level project demonstration and paper presentation competition held in the month of March. This year technomania is scheduled on March 30 & 31, 2012.As we step into the fourth year of technomania a quiz will also be organized. Projects and papers in mechanical, electronics and computer categories will be presented.
The registration fee is Rs 500 per team (max 4 members) for project and Rs 400 per team (max 3 members) for paper presentation. Project demonstration will be on March 30, 2012 and paper presentation on March 31, 2012. February 24, 2012 is the last day for receiving entries. Technical Debate

Event Details: The CRCE technical debate was started last year at an intra collegiate level to create a passion for engineering, broaden their perspective and create individuals who are able to opinions based on their technical understanding. Thus through the debates the development of innovative ideas is encouraged. The debate is organized by IEEE in collaboration with EESA. As a step forward in this journey the debate will be held at an inter collegiate level on February 23 & 24, 2012.

Wireless Robotics

Event Details: IEEE is organizing a robotics level to workshop on February 18, 2012 for 1st and 2nd year engineering students across all branches.
We will be providing PCBs matching the industrial standards. The registration fee is Rs 1600 per team. In a team there can be a maximum of 4 members. For every IEEE member in the group there will be a hundred rupee reduction in the registration amount. The group that completes the project first with competent soldering and is able to obtain the expected output will be given a cash prize. Separate prizes will be given for F.E.s and S.E.s. Event Details: IEEE will be conduting Techjunkies for the Second year students.Its a Hobby club where students will learn the Basics of elctronics,Usage of different Electronic Instuments ,Softwares like PCB-Wizard,various ICs and also learn to make various analog projects which will be useful in their coming semesters.
